“Hotel rooms are old, stained furniture/sofa pillows. First room I was given (on the 9/ top - deluxe floor) had a loud buzzing vibration sound that made the room inhabitable. The issue was the a/c unit on the roof. Moved to 7th floor- the second night at the hotel the a/c in the room stopped working. I stayed at this hotel approximately 8 years ago and the rooms have not been updated. They did upgrade the lobby which was nice.

“Although most of our stay was pleasant, it only takes one person to ruin an otherwise good experience.
A couple of small things stood out when we arrived. When I went to use the gym, there was no hand cleaner available. I mentioned it to the person at the front desk, but it didn’t seem to concern them much. I also noticed there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. These are small details, but they are the kind of things that should normally be checked and refilled.

“Its was a really neat and well decorated hotel. It was VERY quiet when we were there. We only saw 2 other people despite the parking lot being full. I do wish it had a continental bkfast but each suite has a kitchen so really no need i guess. The lighting in the sitting area in room needs improvement. Other than that it was great.
