"Very convenient location close to the airport. Room was clean, good bed and pillows. Surprisingly quiet. Average breakfast, go elsewhere for coffee. the property looks a bit rundown. "

The staff put a note on the window at the front desk stating they weren't accepting new arrivals and left. No customer service at all. 😲"

"We paid extra to have a 'walk-in shower, only to find every room has the same. We are both in our 80s and there were no ground floor rooms available - ups two flights, and no elevator. The condition of the place is poor. Cheap materials and novice workmanship. Room was less than half the size shown in the photo. Vending machines only ion the foyer, took our money and gave no produce. Desk clerk claimed he could not help. NEVER AGAIN."
