“Frustration with a required high parking fee without an option for free parking. Wasn’t as clean in the common areas as we would have liked. The decor was dated and clearly old with some pretty bad wear on it. There is so much potential to be a great resort, but they don’t take the necessary next steps to be in the next level resort category. We enjoyed our stay and were appreciative of the comfort we had, but it just was missing something. ”

“Es un poco vieja pero no esta en mal estado, solo hacen el aseo en la habitación si la rentas por una semana. La basura tienes que sacarla tu mismo y las toallas tienes que ir a recepcion a cambiarlas.”

“Our bed sheets were stained with dried blood. Makes one think if they actually wash them after every use. They were replaced once staff was notified. Toilet seat was loose and I had to tighten the one bolt holding the seat down. Room looked old and used up. The room could/should be updated with new furniture, carpet, etc.”
