Shell Management Northwest San Antonio hotels

"Smell of weed was impossible to avoid from the parking lot all the way to the 8th floor. Wet towels were left at each door throughout the hall from each room. Had to wait for a while when I asked for clean towels. Woke up with a few bug bites on arms and legs each night. Check in staff had to be corrected as I booked 3 nights, they claimed it was only 1 until they checked again. They wanted to charge me $10 for free parking claiming its a fee to self park, when booking said free self-parking. I asked for a roll-away bed, they denied it and said I already had a king size and a double bed (4 people). There's a Country Inn and Suites next door I should have booked instead. Won't stay here again. "

"Pool was fine. Breakfast was fine. However, my gripe is they only allowed us two towels and two wash clothes. We had 2 adults and 2 kids in the room. Asked for more was told no. My husband had to go to walmart to buy additional towels fir us to use. "

"Air condition was making weird sound after it turned off… hard to sleep. Breakfast was eh.. only good thing is location near six flags. "

"Toilet flooded entire bathroom my first night there. Mirrors are moldy or dirty. Asked for a discount, room was stuffy and even lowering the air to 66 wasn’t helpful. Complained to the staff and they said they could only put points into my Marriott account. Submitted a complaint, never heard back from anyone. "
