“This hotel has gone down so bad. Broken stuff all over, didn’t tell us there was no elevator. The tub wouldn’t drain the shower barely worked and the staff weren’t very pleasant. I used to live in thermop and that was a cool place to go but we will no longer be staying there.”

“Because the road in Yellowstone Park was closed due to heavy snow, I was unable to stay, so the hotel did not call for a refund or compensation. Very disappointed.”

“The Tipi Retreat had all necessary amenities and then some. Owners clearly anticipated any needs from heated blankets, a coffee maker, outdoor heater to twinkle lights. The beds were very comfortable and the scenery was outstanding. There were only port-a potties on site but as a family used to camping, we didn’t mind. The hotsprings that were open in town were not to our liking but the Tipi Resort is a definite must if you’re staying in the area.”
