  • Situated within a conservation area, in the heart of tranquil North Norfolk, surrounded by unrivalled views of open countryside you will find Pear Tree Cottage, offering the perfect rural escape.

    Formerly part of the Wolterton Estate, this delightful property enjoys an abundance and variety of wildlife with frequent sightings of deer, hare and red kites. Open the lovely french doors and wander out to the pretty garden where you can relax and simply enjoy the peace and quiet. Or cosy up with a good book in the comfortable sitting room with the warmth from the wood burning stove.

    Approached by quiet lanes, the cottage is the perfect location for walking, cycling and enjoying the beautiful countryside. Wander a mile down the road to the local pub, The Saracen’s Head or a little further on you will discover The Walpole Arms which comes highly recommended.

A Perfect Country Cottage

Couldn't have asked for anything more from our stay at Peach Tree Cottage. A quiet retreat that's only a 15 or 20 minute drive from any of the lovely small towns in Norfolk--Aylsham, Holt, et al. Well-equipped kitchen and baths. Everything of spa quality. Spotlessly clean. Lovely gardens and grounds. Would stay here again without question.

Excellent holiday home

This place has everything you need from a champagne bucket to cotton buds. The kitchen is well equipped, the welcome basket is amazing. It is clean, and so lovely. The only criticism is the internet is slow and it could do with a smart tv but that really is only because the weather was not up to scratch and we spent some time in the cottage. Would definitely stay there again
