Horrible kitchen - nothing looked clean!’ Beds had only been made up - sheets had been used and were not clean. Place was so bad left after 2 hours!! Stayed in low rent motels all across country - this was the worse!! The only good thing is that it showed no signs of having bugs!!

It was very hard to find the front door or lobby. The signs were not helpful or nonexistant. The bedside lamp was broken and the bulb was hanging off the fixture. The blanket was dirty. The front desk was not manned and the phone was not answered. I will not be coming back.

It was functional. It was a room. There were many gross out factors. Not a place you’d ever let your feet touch the floor or the inside of the tub. The towels had mold spots. The bathroom had so much old nicotine and cigarette burns on the side of the tub that the bathroom fan didn’t work. (We requested a non-smoking room) No was there a door handle on the bathroom door. The shower never completely turned off, water on a slow dribble forever. Pillows with no cases. Oh boy, this place is a gem. Even at the price point it was icky.

The 2 queen room was nice. Comfortable beds and spacious. The 2 entryways were not locked at all. Old outdated interior. I don't mind out of date decor. I don't mind peeling wall paper above the bathtub, it just means you get a really hot shower, and I did. I'm not overly concerned about a half a** job of spackling where the shower, now tub, used to meet the ceiling. Not thrilled with the small patch of mould area above the shower, again because of the very hot shower. It has a vent in the bathroom, might not be strong enough. I can live with all that. The towels though. I went to put down the mat at the shower and the mat had black stains. Not mold, it looked like they were used to maybe wipe the floor, then get washed, but not bleached, so it stained. Then found the same issue on every towel. Found stains on one pillow, and yellow stain on the bedspread, covered by the top bed cover. The sheets were actually clean, smelled and felt clean, but stained. I doubt they use bleach in their wash. Then the room smelled good and fresh when we got in, but it got so strong that 3 hours later it was turning my wife's stomach. We had to open the window to air it out. Basically, we got what we paid for. In a pinch I could possibly stay again, but it's definitely at the bottom of the list

The physical building fixtures were very worn out. They were clean but clearly in use for a long time. There was some mold on the bathroom ceiling from a leak that had been fixed. The ice machine was broken. I thought the staff was very kind and brought ice to the room from another location. There were no lamps by the bed. The heat and AC unit was quiet and the beds were good.

Not a nice looking place, room was in need of maintenance. No coffee maker but had coffee stuff. No ice maker. Was good enough to lay our heads to sleep after going to a concert at the casino. Would not stay there again.

The king size room we reserved was absolutely awful! Dirt and dust everywhere. Hair on the bedsheets when covers pulled back. Stain on pillow case. Broken full-length mirror left in place. Offered another room available because not able to get refund. Queen size room much cleaner than previous room but broken lamp, refrigerator not cleaned from previous stay, juice spilled stains. Broken door on cabinet. Ripped shower curtain. Building run down. Nothing like the photos showed! Everything felt dirty entering the building. Couldn’t afford to not be refunded and try to look for another room for one night. In town to see a show at Mohegan. Would never stay again or recommend to anyone!

First off, the Rosemont is not part of the Marriott. They share a parking lot but they are nothing alike. I thought they were connected as even the signs outside are difficult to distinguish one from the other. When I explained that I had made a mistake, and gave the benefit of the doubt by going to the room at the Rosemont, I was very let down. Every piece of furniture in the room looked like tag sale freebies, the bedding did not fit the bed, the walls had many scuff marks, and the first floor room had a slider that had damage. I told the person at the desk that I had made a mistake and meant to book at the Marriott and he told me that I needed to call Expedia for my refund. I was in the room under 4 minutes. Expedia requested a refund and the manager of the Rosemont refused to give me my money back. Don't make this mistake!!
