“Very remote, if you’re looking for peace and nature this is the place. Host were more than considerate by leaving bare essentials food and snacks for the family. Ive never had that anywhere else. They were easy to contact and replied almost instantly everytime. The lodge has a great setup and just so remote nobody wanted to leave. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up. “We booked a suite - kitchen, living room, 1 bedroom with two queen beds. We checked in and went to our room. The room was a typical hotel room with only two beds. We went back to the front desk where they quickly resolved the issue. Our suite was very nice. “We came through visiting family and stopped overnight. It was easy to find, the staff friendly and helpful and the beds comfortable. Our only problem was that we couldn't change the channel on the tv with the remote but that was nothing major, we could still change the channel from the box itself. “I am not sure why there are so many negative reviews. I have stayed in many hotels and motels across North America and in other countries and had no issues at this location and I can be quite picky. The building is clean and comfortable, and the staff are friendly. They have pet-friendly rooms with ample amount of outdoor space for dogs to run around.
