Welcome to a lovely and well-kept cottage set in a peaceful countryside location just outside Nösund on Orust. Here you live in a quiet and green area surrounded by birdsong, meadows and grazing cows, yet close to the sea and picturesque fishing villages. The house has two floors and accommodates up to five people. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for a comfortable stay, as well as a bathroom with shower, WC and washing machine. The living room is furnished with a sofa, armchair and TV with both basic channels and Netflix.

Upstairs you will find two bedrooms in an open layout – one with a double bed and sofa bed, and one with two single beds. From the upper floor, you reach the wooden bridge leading straight out to the rocks, a perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or watch the sunset. Outside, there is a large terrace with barbecue and outdoor furniture where you can relax in peaceful surroundings.



Things to do in Nösund and the surrounding area:



In just five minutes by car you reach Nösund, a charming seaside village with a long bathing tradition. There are two beautiful bathing spots – one with a sandy beach suitable for small children and one with cliffs, a jetty and a diving tower for the older ones. Do not miss Nösund Havshotell, where you can enjoy excellent food, relax in the spa and admire the sea view.

For nature lovers, the Pilgrim Trail passes through Nösund and offers scenic routes through forest and coastal landscapes. A visit to Fröken Trulls café and shop, offering food, antiques and interior design just a few kilometres from the cottage, is also recommended.

Nearby, you will also find charming day-trip destinations such as the car-free islands Gullholmen and Käringön, the art exhibition Sculpture in Pilane on Tjörn, and the Säby Kile nature reserve with its rich wildlife and birdlife.



Good to know about this accommodation:



• A deposit of SEK 2,000 will be reserved on your card upon arrival. The amount will be released within one week after check-out, provided the house is left in approved condition after inspection.

• Bed linen can be added when booking. Payment is made upon arrival directly to the owner, in cash or via Swish, 100 SEK per person.

• Final cleaning is not included in the price. Guests clean the house themselves; cleaning supplies are available.

• Electricity is included in the rent; charging electric cars is not permitted.

• Smoking is prohibited.

• Pets are not allowed.

• Youth groups are not accepted and parties are not permitted.
