「Our stay was extremely disappointing due to serious hygiene, food safety & service issues. We felt completely at the mercy of the staff rather than cared for as guests.
We repeatedly found insects in our food—ants, gnats, mosquitoes & beetle like bugs across multiple meals. I have a plethora of photo/video evidence. 「Aucun rapport entre le prix payé et la chambre proposée. Pas de climatisation,de réfrigérateur,de vue sur la montagne,d'eau chaude,et un wi fi lamentable même à l'accueil.
J'ai passé une semaine sur la côte de Nosy Be et le Wi-Fi etait normal.
Après discussion,j'ai obtenu la même chambre pour 40% de moins que le prix affiché sur le site de réservation.
Une pure arnaque.」

「This year was our second week at the resort. It truly is one of the most laid-back and peaceful places that I have ever stayed. The sea is lovely and calm and the pool spotlessly clean. The menu and bar are comprehensive and the service is pretty good. The bungalows are lovely and have decent air-conditioning which is great.
