"Wonderful location just steps from the Agua Beach Resort. Air conditioning in both living room and bedroom, both worked superbly. Will definitely consider going back. Only issue to consider was the Wifi. We never got over 4 Mbps speed. not a big issue for us, but if you really need Wifi then something to think about. "This place was fantastic and felt so luxurious at a reasonable cost. Steps away from the action on the Main Street, but sound proof rooms made it quiet at night. One of the best European breakfast I have had in a long time. Highly recommend this place."

"This hotel is an excellent location to explore Noto or get out of the City being located right at the edge of the pedestrian zone. The breakfast options are great and all the staff were very helpful. We enjoyed the rooftop patio in the early evening before going out for dinner. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom larger than most hotels was stayed in while in Italy."

"This is a lovely hotel in the countryside about 15 minutes outside of Noto. The grounds and property were very nice. The only problem was the internet connectivity which was poor. The initial person we spoke to said he would look in to it and then said it was fixed. It wasn't until we checked out that another person at the desk said that it was do to the contract they have with the provider- star link, and the fact they are in the country side and maybe the rain. I would have appreciated an honest answer the first time I asked. I would have given the property five stars if not for this."

"Annalisa was wonderful. She allowed us to get in early and even saved a spot for us to park. Amazing. The room was clean and cozy. A little small but for the one night it was perfect. The location could not be better. One block from the Main Street that is 1 min walking. I definitely recommend it and would stay there again."
