“We had a great 3 night stay in Borgo Marino Plemmirio! Nice rooms with airconditioning and decent kitchen. The swimming pool is very nice with see views and even the Etna in the background! Very close to this somewhat isolated location is a fantastic little beach (Spiaggia Massolivieri). It is the nicest beach we have been to in Italy! Also the old town of Syracusa is a must-go-to.”

“My family and I had a great stay here. Giancarlo was very welcoming and very helpful with setting up transportation for us to explore towns outside of Pozzallo. In Pozzallo this B&B is within walking distance of the sites - about 20-30 minutes. Which is something the locals do. It is called una passeggiata along the Via Vittorio Veneto. The price is good and the B&B is near some restaurants. Though keep in mind that in Italy places close midday because it is too hot in the summer. They……

“Wunderschönes ländliches Hotel, hervorragendes Essen und sehr nettes Personal! Guter Ausgangspunkt um den Süden Siziliens zu erkunden. Mietwagen wird empfohlen da sehr ländlich gelegen. Leider sehr begrenzte Auswahl an Restaurants o. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Mind. 15 Minuten Fahrzeit. Uns hat leider nur eine Kleinigkeit gefehlt… ein Sonnenschirm auf der Terrasse 😅 (vielleicht auch am Pool.. dort gab es Doppelliegen mit Stoffdach). Aber alles in allem würde ich dem Hotel ein sehr gut……

“This hotel was EXCELLENT. Location is key as well - immediately inside the city arch where the historic city center starts. The room was clean, the staff was awesome and the breakfast was delicious. Watched sunset from rooftop. What an excellent hotel and experience in Noto! ”
