Apartment 'Donna Di Denari' with Sea View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

In Noto Marina, the holiday apartment Casa Almàsalo Donna di Denari offers an excellent view of the sea. The 2-storey property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning as well as a washing machine. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. This vacation rental features a private balcony for your evening relaxation.

This vacation rental offers access to a shared outdoor space featuring an open terrace, covered terrace, and barbecue facilities. Access to the sea-view terrace is via an external staircase. The terrace is shared among guests, but each apartment has its own private gazebo with a dining area.

The property is located close to the beach and there is a tennis court within a 15-minute walk. The property is located approximately 300 meters from the sea. It is 9 km from Noto, 16 km from San Lorenzo, 18 km from Marzamemi, and 85 km from Catania Airport. A municipal shuttle service is available from June to September.

Free parking is available on the street.

We had a great time at this apartment. The interior was very clean, with 2 bedrooms plus a living room and a good size bathroom. The real bonus was the rooftop (the access was right next to the apartment's front door). The roof had a view of the whole town, ocean, and surrounding areas. It was beautiful!
