On gaining entry to our room, went into the bathroom to find the bin still full of rubbish from the previous guests. This made us wonder how good a clean the room got. Didn’t listen when i gave my concern on how good a clean the room had or hadn’t got. Just apologised about the bin and got it emptied. ...
