“The staff were so friendly and the breakfast was wonderful. The rooms and elevators were old and dank. The toilet didn’t flush well and there was no space in the room to store belongings except for a very very narrow closet. If two people stayed in this room I can’t even imagine where they would put their things without tripping over everything. ”

“The hotel is inside the University Park which isn’t convenient to us. Environment is good , the room is neat and tidy but isn’t spacious. Breakfast is good. ”

“Really odd that the plug points nearest to the bed were round/foreign and incompatible with uk plugs! Not sure why this is but it is incompatible for people who use a CPAP machine at night and a little odd all round. The hotel staff did find a workaround but this left an electric cable as a tripping hazard across the end of my bed. The hotel was great value for the price but reflective of being on the edge of a retail park. Could be noisy as the centre is really active but as long as you know……
