The recreation area can be shared with other guests IF THE OTHER HOUSE IS RENTED. NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE! Space This property is quite large and has 3 houses on it. The main house, with a living room with two areas, a dining room, a breakfast nook, a large kitchen, and a large veranda with a table for 8 people. The second house is Casa do Rio, located near the river access, a 5-minute walk from the main house. It has two double suites with independent entrances, sharing a small kitchen, mezzanine, and veranda. On the mezzanine level there is a pool table, a restroom, and a bunk bed. The third house is the caretaker's house, where he lives with his wife and two daughters. The one you're going to book is the smaller suite at Casa do Rio. If you want to come with more people, you can also rent the other suite, or the main house. Look for the listing Casa do Rio suite 1, or Sitio Diadorim. The pool, sauna, gourmet area, gardens, and river access will be shared with other guests IF the other suites are rented. If you want the entire property to yourself, you have to reserve both houses. There is no place so beautiful, preserved, full of peace and birdsong. Guest access You can enjoy the entire property with private access to the crystal-clear river that runs through it, a spring-fed swimming pool, a wood-fired steam sauna overlooking the pool, a gourmet area, barbecue, wood-fired oven, bar, large table, ping-pong, billiards, foosball, darts, backgammon, soccer field, volleyball net, and trampoline. Other observations The property has 48,000m2 of preserved green area, bordered by the Bonito River, with crystal-clear waters where you can swim, right from within the property. It has lakes with fish, an orchard, and an organic vegetable garden. Private car access right to the front door of the house. The house is fully equipped with insect screens.
