“It was nice to check in before we arrived as we shopped before we arrived at the hotel and ww were tired. We only had to grab the key cards at the front desk. My son and I was up there for a hockey weekend for him. He loved that he could swim after Hockey, the breakfast was amazing, hes 8 and loved all the options for breakfast. The mini Arcade was a hit as well. And it was nice to have a fridge and microwave in our room❤️ Room was clean had everything we needed. Staff was great. I wanted to……

“We stayed the night for a March staycation so it served its purpose. Our room was not ready at check-in and I had to state multiple times I had a pet even though I booked a pet room and called the day before. They said the room was late due to it being inspected for cleaning but when we got to the room we discovered someone’s pjs and wrappers on the floor and in the drawers. Our fridge was leaking and the bathroom door didn’t close all the way. We did not bring these issues up as we only stayed……
