「This VRBO is a mixture of good and bad. The unit itself was very clean; parts of it were new/well kept, others were pretty bad & worn out. The location & the price was reasonable for a bay area visit. 「If you want a unique place to stay outfitted with high end sleek amenities, this is the place. This floating condo had a great view towards the bay, including sea planes docked close by and great sunrises. There was never any time where we felt any motion either. The downside is that it is very close to a major highway with traffic noise, but we didn’t let that bother us. Host is very attentive. We’d love the chance to stay here again!」

「Great location - really close to Old Mill Park, DipSea Steps, and Equator Coffee. The large dedicated parking spot makes it super easy for even the largest vehicles to fit. Host was great! Felt really clean, and the gas fire feature in the backyard was a bonus. Nice warm gas fireplace really helped out at night as well. Super quiet area, and has a new full size washer and dryer onsite.
