It consists of a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom and three bedrooms and another bathroom. The holiday accommodation has a spacious balcony with outdoor seating. An outdoor barbecue is available to guests, and there is a children's playground with swings and a slide right next to the house.There is another flat for rent in the same house. The flats have completely separate entrances and are only rented out separately.Groups of young people under the age of 26 are not allowed.
