A perfect stay - anytime again!

A great house! Beautifully and practically furnished, great pool and the equipment left nothing to be desired. Everything was very clean and tidy - you could have eaten off the floor. We felt very comfortable! The service was perfect: new bed linen, new towels, replenishment of toilet paper, kitchen roll and dishwasher tabs, intermediate cleaning, pool cleaning twice a week. Our housekeeper was great! She keeps everything in great shape and does a great job. A very dear person! She was always approachable and reacted quickly (failure of the air conditioning after a storm). We have never experienced such a service in a holiday apartment or holiday home. We are very impressed and find that the price-performance ratio is absolutely right. We'd love to come back!

Villa Stella

Hello! The villa Stella is a beautiful house in a silent area. At arrival everything was clean. After a call the property manager came. The information we got was very small. For further questions we asked her for her telefon number and this was no problem. During the week we asked her for some things, but there was only a short and precise "no". We have to get these things ourselves. We asked for more toilet paper, salt and pepper and rinse aid for the dishwasher. Furthermore, we had a problem with ants. That was a little bit uncomfortable for our food. But all in all we can recommend the villa Stella for a visit.

Nice stay at Villa Stella

We had a very nice stay at Villa Stella, the house was perfectly equipped, comfortable beds and the contact people, Indira and her son, were very nice too. There are two things though that we would like to mention: There is hardly any mobile phone network availability in the area and the internet was provided via mobile network card, which resulted in no internet availability at all or only very slow internet. The second thing that is worth knowing particularly in summer, when you want to spend time at the pool, is that the house is in the middle of a new construction area. There are 5 houses being built close to Villa Stella.

Sehr schönes Haus mit tollem Pool.Leider war sowohl bei der Ankunft als auch bei der Abreise kein Vertreter des Vermieters vor Ort. Das Haus und die Bedienung von Haustechnik sowie der Geräte mussten wir uns selbst erschließen, Die Küche ist für ein Haus in dieser Größe und Ausstattung eher unterdurchschnittlich.

Einfach Super!

Wir hatten wunderschöne 10 Tage in Novigrad. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und man findet alles was man braucht. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig in Kombination mit richtigen Fensterläden (nicht nur Vorhänge) kann man sehr gut schlafen. Wir haben einige Ausflüge gemacht, nach Porec, Pula, Lim Fjord und Rovinj. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 5 min. Am Strand (Radweg vorhanden). Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und schnell erreichbar wenn man etwas braucht. Wir können Villa Stella nur weiter empfehlen!

Wir haben die Zeit in der Villa Stella sehr genossen. All unsere Erwartungen wurden voll und ganz erfüllt. Alles war sehr sauber, gepflegt und sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Aussenbereich mit dem Pool ist wie eine kleine Oase. Vom Haus erreicht man viele Städte, Sehenswürdigkeiten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in kurzer Zeit. Novigrad ist ein hübsches, entspanntes und erholsames Städtchen. Gern kommen wir wieder.

Jederzeit gerne wieder - sehr zu empfehlen!

Das Haus ist ein Traum! Tolle Einrichtung, sehr viel Platz und ein wunderbarer Poll. Alles sehr sauber, so dass man vom Boden essen könnte - perfekt! Auch der Service während des Aufhenthalts war perfekt. Unsere Hauskeeperin war immer für uns ansprechbar, hat sofort reagiert (Ausfall der Klimaanlage nach einem Unwetter). Zweimal wöchentlich wird der Pool gereinigt. Nach der ersten Woche gab es neue Bettwäsche und neue Handtücher, Nachschub an Toilettenpapier, Küchenrollen und Geschirrspültabs. Unsere Hauskeeprin war großartig - ganz toll! Sie hat uns sogar eine Zwischenreinigung angeboten, doch das haben wir nicht in Anspruch genommen, da wir eh täglich gesaugt und alle paar Tage selber die drei Bäder gereinigt haben. Mit sechs Personen bzw. 4 Kindern muss man das eh regelmäßig mal machen :-).... So einen Service haben wir bisher in Ferienwohnungen/ -häusern nicht erlebt. Wir sind begeistert und überlegen für nächstes Jahr erneut zu buchen. Es war unser erster Kroatienurlaub - eine wunderschöne Gegend. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Familienurlaub.

Sehr schönes Objekt in der Nähe von Novigrad

Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, die Küche gut sortiert und Geschirr in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Zum nächsten Supermarkt sind es ca 2km weg, ein kleiner Stedenac so ca. 1km. In der Vorsaison war es angenehm ruhig im Viertel. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr zu empfehlen 👍🏻

Tolles Haus!

Das Haus ist in ruhiger Lage, der Strand und die Stadt sind dennoch ganz in der Nähe. Es ist sehr modern und schön eingerichtet. Für Familien mit Kindern das optimale Ferienhaus! Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir können es nur weiterempfehlen!

We loved this villa! It's a perfect place to relax with your family. It has everything you need, and it's ideal for a family with kids. Rooms were very clean and exactly like the pictures. My family and I had a fantastic time here, and we hope we will come back!

The villa is modern and brand new. The place is very tidy. The swimming pool is well maintained and also has a trampoline, which kids enjoyed. I highly recommend this place for a family vacation.
