“Great place to visit”

“Stayed at Górski Pałacyk for few nights four adults and two teenagers. We had a great time. Property complex features few multistory houses with comfy apartments. We loved proximity to all attractions. Breakfast was delicious, large selection of food with menu change daily. Breakfast are served in a room with stunning view on Tatra Mountains. There is also jacuzzi and sauna which we used. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and well equipped. ”

“When check out time came, my baby was still taking a nap. So I requested 30 minutes delayed, she accepted my excuse. And she asked me how was your baby’s nap. A little kindness made me happy and glad. She said come to Poland again, as if I could come to Zakopane I would like to stay this hotel thanks to her. ”

“Beautifully situated hotel. Possibility of using Zakopane thermal baths. The meals were very tasty. The downside was the breakfast time. The cafeteria opened a bit too late for early departures. All the staff knew the area very well. Their suggestions for local attractions were invaluable. Even in bad weather they helped us find the right program. Mr. Maciej from the reception and Mrs. Lucja were irreplaceable in this. Janusz Dziuba.”

“This was the absolute worst experience I have had while traveling. I have visited many countries in Europe, and many cities mostly in Poland and I am not one to complain but this is an exception. First of all, there is NO AIR CONDITIONING on site. The parking lot was always full and the front desk would shrug their shoulders when I questioned where I should park. My father and I simply visited this region to go to the thermal baths next door. We had a difficult time getting the hotel card to let……

“Perfect property for visiting nearby ski slopes. Clean, well equipped and comfortable. We had a great time and would stay here again if we come back to the area. Parking was busy directly outside property, but there were plenty of spaces in the main car park area. Communication was great before arrival and our questions were answered quickly.”
