「For starters, the staff here are excellent. And the hotel is kept quite clean. There are other inconsistencies, however. If you need wifi in your room, it is hit and miss for no apparent reason. For emergencies, there is always wifi in the reception area. I was there for 3 nights. I had hot water for two mornings but not the third. You have to run the shower for some time. The menu for the restaurant is limited and much of what is on the menu is not available. Having said that, I did not...

「I need my refund before I sue you. The hotel refused to give me a room. They doesn't have any contract with you. If I don't get my refund I will take this matter to coat of low.」

「The property is quite an unexpected find in the area. Enjoy the delights of a pool, soon to be ready gym, decent bar undecisive between reliving the 40's and honouring the today's and of course the excellent cook; truly deserving the title Chef. The mattress may be a bit hard for your liking, however, the night's sleep is guaranteed mosquito free thanks to the good mosquito nets around the bed. 「The property is fabulous! I enjoyed my stay very much. The staff is friendly and courteous. The only issue I had at all was the Timeliness of the Service. That said, I am from Houston, Texas and we move very quickly. So, as long as you have all the time in the world, the service is great!
