「Very clean, great breakfast, quiet & the staff was very friendly. 」

「One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Rooms were dirty. Sheets were stained. Bath tub was dirty. No toilet paper. Breakfast was horrible and very short on everything. Both days breakfast ran out quickly. Housekeeper went in to “clean” and the room was still the same. Don’t recommend. All the positive reviews must be fake. 」

「The front desk staff was rude and unhelpful and not welcoming at all! The toilet in the room was broke, like shattered, the AC stopped working the first day and we called several times each time with the guy promising he would could look at it but never came even though we saw him walking around the property! The beds were small and hard as rocks. We checked out a day before we were supposed to and went home. 」

「Upon entering room, the furnishing was sparse, chair in corner was visibly stained, arms had dark stains, no table, chairs to relax, shower flooded dressing area, bath door had visible glue spots where mirror was removed, i cup for coffee maker , i pod of coffee for 2 guest, 1 sugar creamer for 2 guest, towels were too worn out, thin , threadbare. Was told continental breakfast was from 6 to 9 am, but didnt start until 7 am, breakfast cosisted of cornflakes, oj, a few yogurts, and a waffle...

「The room was clean and the breakfast was good. The only difficulty we had was the bathtub stopper did not work, so we could not take a bath. The guy at the front desk was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area and gave us great advice on things to see and the best restaurants. 」

「Had to have staff activate the key more than once as keys were not working upon gaining access to the room. Listing says continental breakfast when in fact there’s no breakfast at all. 」

「We ended up canceling our second night. The toilet ran intermittently all night. The sheets were gritty and worn. The room had a strange odor. Hammering at construction site directly behind our room started at 7am. It was a weekday but after limited sleep due to the toilet running and gritty sheets it was pretty annoying 」
