Luxurious 4-bed, 3-bath corner condo on the first floor. Enjoy the unique pool-in-pool-out feature, connecting to a serene communal infinity pool. Our Platinum Membership grants exclusive access to Grand Mayan amenities: pools, beach, 40+ dining options, bars, gym, tennis courts, and nightly shows. Golf enthusiasts benefit from discounted rates on 3 PGA-rated courses. Don`t miss the breathtaking beach sunsets. Your ultimate retreat awaits!
- NO PARTIES! Excess noise is not permitted, please respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours
- Groups of young people are not accepted. It is a family oriented place, It`s not a party place. :)
- Reservations for young people under 25 years old are not accepted.
- Do not stain the white towels – a $10 fine per towel will be charged for any stains found on the towels – regardless of whether or not the stain comes out in the wash or not. Do not use towels to clean up blood, dirt or any other unsanitary messes. Please use paper towel.
- No use of any glass in the pool area and gardens in Seibal. Fines of around $10,000 MNX
- Do not use any towel or face cloth to remove: makeup, blood, dirt, etc.

Central location, spacious home

We had a great time at this location, with 4 bedrooms and three full baths , and a open concept that merges the kitchen , dinning room and living room together and by opening the glass doors flows into what feels like your own private crystal blue pool. Ricardo the host was very helpful and made him self available with plenty of tips on where to visit and eat. I will definitely be returning here .
