2 level apartment with an amazing view!
This apartment features 4 bedrooms , a spacious living room with comfortable seating. but the highlight of this penthouse is the rooftop terrace. Enjoy a refreshing dip in the small pool, take the sun on the lounge chairs, or dine al fresco at the outdoor.
The common areas with a shady big pool and Direct access to the beach.
Surrounded by restaurants and supermarkets just a few minutes away.
Only 15 minutes from the International Airport.
There are four bedrooms, each with comfortable beds and ample closet space. Two of the bedrooms have their own ensuite bathrooms, while the other two share a third bathroom.
Included Purified water system, fully equipped kitchen , Roku tvs , washer and dryer, free Wi-Fi , air conditioners , fresh towels, beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, toilet paper.
The parking is limited and provided as first come first served
-When a renter registers in the Condominium, he will be given a bracelet of the color that identifies his building and that will be identifies as a rentier, in the same way you must submit a copy of your official identification.
