It was so nice to see there was a Hampton Inn located in Nuevo. Especially after a travel day! You know what to expect wherever you are in North America and know you will be comfortable for rest or fun. We always look forward to staying at the Hampton Inn; when you are traveling there is no wiggle room for broken air conditioner's, bad mattresses or cleanliness issues! You are guarenteed a nice stay here. Staff was great! Uber worked well for where we had to be. 10/10 Cheers

1 día nos dieron una habitación con mucho ruido y las camas rechinaban mucho y nos salimos de ese hotel acudimos a otro y solo regresamos el último día me cambiaron la habitación pero ya no fue lo mismo muy bala experiencia en el hotel

We crashed here as our flight was in just after 1 AM. The room was perfect for our needs. The buffet breakfast was one of the best we gave ever had in mexico. Very tasty. The pool area is nice and the water was cool which probably will not be an issue in six weeks. Would highly recommend for a couple or small family, or if you need an extra day or two at the front or back of your trip.

The staff at this hotel went above and beyond for me and my family. My mother lost her wallet with her passport in it and they tracked and contacted the driver for us which helped us immensely! Definitely grateful for the staff for saving our trip!

Along the road. Nothing in a walking distance. Stayed one night due to the flight change after spending the week in the all inclusive hotel prior. The hotel is new, provided the free shuttle to airport. Clean and has everything you may need for short trip is good enough.
