An amazing quaint quiet romantic place to stay ! The only thing is the location is a bit remote. There is a sports bar a homemade pizza place and a cornerstore at the beginning of the road. Its location is only a block away but its down a dark dirty unkempt road. That said...It is very secure.

We were only here for one night but Marta was extremely nice and helpful and organized for our arrival with a couple of special requests. We had to leave very early in the morning and Marta was kind enough to organize a pot of coffee to be left outside our door with some snacks. Pool and property were nice although we didn’t spend much time. Great hospitality gracias!

Peaceful Retreat
Quiet, clean, comfortable property. Staff are very friendly and speak little English. Short 5 minute walk to OXXO and restaurants. Ceiba room is has spacious balcony and shared kitchen. The coffee is very good and left at your door every morning.

This lovely boutique hotel is a gem! I was a frequent business traveller, and have stayed in many places over a long period of time, and I would rate this hotel 5/5 stars in every category. My stay was only one night, as I was in PV to catch a flight the next day. Staff was helpful and friendly, the room was very comfortably appointed, with many little conveniences and touches, including a very comfortable king bed, an equipped kitchenette with bar fridge, clothes iron & ironing board, and fresh coffee and cookies served in the morning. Excellent value for the money. When I checked out, I found my car with a dead battery, and only a few hours to catch my flight. Phone calls were made by the front desk manager, and help and booster cables were soon there to take away my stress and get me quickly on my way. Needless to say, this place is deserving of its excellent rating, and I will definitely be back whenever I am in the area.

PV Neuvo experience
Villas Parota offers a total and complete relaxing vacation within a beautiful atmosphere. Bernie and the staff are accommodating and friendly. The neighborhood does not have alot to offer tourists but if you drive or walk there is plenty of options for all tourist types. We enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to refer friends and family.

This is a beautiful property that is well maintained. We had a large group and it was the perfect setting. Recommend booking out the whole place if you can. The pool was lovely and the staff were very friendly.

We had a fantastic time at Villa Parota for 2 weeks. My Husband and I stayed in Magnolia next to the pool. The room was perfect for us and very clean. The staff was amazing. Throughout the whole day, they were keeping the grounds clean. Berney was very helpful with booking any restaurants or helping us get to other places. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone.

Staff were excellent - Fanny, Bernie and Sylvia!! The Belen room we were in had an awful stench every night and into the morning which created a bad experience. The staff moved us for two nights to fix the problem but then on our last night we had to move back and it was worse. In addition no staff stays at the hotel after 8 pm so there was a large group of people who partied until 2:30 AM. Needless to say, we will not be back.

The Villa was quaint, quiet, very comfortable. The staff were all incredible. Helpful, courteous, went out of their way to ensure you were enjoying your stay. Room was comfortable, clean and peaceful. Overall a wonderful place to spend a few days. We loved it!

Absolutely wonderful staff here. Berny was so helpful and so easy to get a hold of. Staff were constantly cleaning around the place. Very quiet and tranquil within the hotel itself. Immediate area outside. Had a lot of construction going on but should be really nice once it’s complete. Nice to have a large clean bathroom with lots of hot water. Very comfortable bed.

Had a great stay at Villas Parota. Coffee and cookies in the morning was a plus. Place is beautiful and close to some restaurants. Staff are helpful and nice. My room was next to the supply and cleaning room and was a bit noisy in the morning, but all good. I decided to stay here due to being in the middle to Sayulita and Puerto Vallarta. Had food poisoning due to bad seafood and had to stay in room for two days. Last day flight leaving at 6pm and was allowed to have late checkout for half the room price which was helpful. Thanks, will stay again 🙂

Me gusto mucho la alberca, estaba muy limpia y todas sus instalaciones son bonitas, lo que no estoy de acuerdo , es que pongan letreros en la habitación que si dañas algo te lo van a cobrar, creo que si les preocupa tanto que les manchen el edredón o las toallas, deberían usar colores obscuros, jamás había estado en un lugar que te pusieran los costos de cada cosa , en caso de que lo mancharas.

Lovely small boutique hotel
Amazing hotel in Nueve Vallarta. Friendly and helpful staff at this beautiful little boutique hotel! 🥰 The day manager Bernie was informative and she spoke English well. Lovely courtyard with good sized pool. Even woke up every morning to a tray of fresh hot coffee and tasty biscotti coffees outside our door!❤❤❤

Beautiful property with anything you would want. Lovely staff, very friendly and helpful. Clean and comfortable rooms beautifully decorated. Many great restaurants within walking distance. We would stay again at Villas Parota
