  • Location: located in the wonderful MareVerde Residence, a noble residential complex located only 100 meters from the beach. Tenant-only entrance to the residence, with well-maintained driveway and parking lots. The course of Marcelli is only 150 meters away. Unique location!

    Description: ground floor of small building.

    Composed of large living room with dining table and double sofa-bed - independent kitchen with washing machine - double bedroom - second bedroom with two single beds ( or if necessary second double bed ) - master bathroom with shower box - third room in the basement with double bed and en-suite bathroom with sink and shower (no toilet) - large private and fenced garden equipped with table, chairs and barbecue where you can eat with wonderful panoramic views.

    Air conditioning in the living area.

    Double private parking space inside the residence.

    Located in the same residence as apartment M080, M081, M082, M083, M084, M085, M086, M087.

    Price includes:

    - rent

    - consumption of water, electricity and gas

    - assistance on site 24h

Purtroppo dobbiamo dire che i servizi offerti non erano assolutamente all' altezza. Eravamo in tre e abbiamo trovato un mini bagno schiuma, la casa umida e sapeva di muffa, un arredamento minimalista al confronto di quello che c'era è una reggia di Versailles. Di fatto vi era un solo bagno e due docce. Prezzo decisamente alto. Purtroppo una esperienza da non ripetere
