Description: newly renovated with wonderful sea view.

Located on the fifth floor with elevator and consists of: living room with sofa and balcony equipped with table and chairs, kitchen with induction cooker, double bedroom with balcony, bedroom with two single beds and third bedroom with a single bed, bathroom with shower box.

Washing machine and dishwasher.

Reserved parking space inside the condominium courtyard.

Pets NOT allowed.
