Location : the apartment is located in the heart of Numana, in a strategic position, 50 meters from the supermarket, 150 meters from the center and 200 meters from the beach.

Description : ground floor of a two-family building. Completely new. Large living room with sofa and dining table - new separate kitchen - master bedroom with double bed - second bedroom with three single beds (one pull-out) - bathroom with shower - second bathroom with tub and washing machine - delightful porch equipped with table and chairs to be able to eat. Air conditioning in every room. Free and reserved parking in front of the house. Absolutely complete! Wi-fi service.
