“I was on a personal business trip and stayed in for 10 days. Breakfast buffet was excellent and the cleaning staff maintained the room well after each service. The rooftop restaurant and bar is great. On the whole, a great experience..”

“My parents requested a water kettle, but it was not provided by the hotel. They also requested additional towels, which were never delivered.
More importantly, my elderly parents could not sleep at all during the night because of the loud DJ and excessive noise. They had their U.S. visa interview scheduled for the next morning, and they were extremely tired due to the lack of sleep.
We were highly disappointed with our stay. I would not recommend this hotel, especially for elderly guests or……

“The photos are deceptive and give the appearance of a newly renovated room, but the reality is that the place is old and equivalent to a 3 star motel. I guess that's why the price is so cheap. I had to request soap, towels, and toliet paper, but the staff were super friendly and the cleaners cleaned well!
I would not recommend this place to tourist! Stay near Khader Nawaz Khan Rd instead.”

“I booked this hotel through Hotels.com, but upon arrival the front desk informed us they could not accept the booking, which was very frustrating. Additionally, the blankets provided in the room did not appear to be fresh, and we had to follow up multiple times before they were replaced. Overall, this experience was disappointing and could be improved with better coordination and housekeeping standards.”
