"Great location, but disappointing service. The hotel is in an excellent location, which was the best part of our stay. However, the staff were not welcoming or friendly. There was no daily housekeeping, and the cleaning service was charged separately at almost a quarter of the room rate, which is unreasonable. Because of this, the room was not as clean as it should have been. Overall, the location was great, but the lack of hospitality and cleanliness made the experience disappointing."

"Stayed for a tennis tournament over a weekend. The staff were very friendly and everyone was helpful to speak English for us. The 1 bedroom was very spacious and comfortable. As per the property listing, there was no air conditioning. I would recommend asking for a room on an upper floor if you would like to leave the windows/doors open at night. Though the town and area seemed very safe. Plenty of parking, kitchenette was convenient for us. We would stay again and recommend."
