Nice hotel, great staff. Given a room which hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly, but instantly changed it for me. Great breakfast selection, lovely service and will stay again. Good system in place to order things to your room.

The staff at the front desk were excellent. They went above and beyond to help us make a phone call to our cruise director when our river cruise docking location was changed due to flooding and our phone wouldn’t work. And the jellied candies were great !

Very nice!

We had a great stay at NH Nürnberg. Clean hotel with very comfy beds. Excellent breakfirst and friendly and helpful staff. Only one beer in the minibar was a minus. Parking under the hotel was good.

I wanted to cancel the 2nd night I had booked because I was so disappointed with the location of this hotel. The staff argued with me and refused to compensate me. The tone and disrespect was so upsetting that I couldn’t sleep that night and decided to just leave without a refund. I will never return to the town or book with this hotel chain again. Terrible experience on our first trip to Germany.

The parking lot it very narrow and tight to get in if you don’t have a small car and it’s a bit expensive to as a guest I think you should not pay what a non guest pays it should be a reduced fee. The breakfast is amazing so many selections and the wait staff was super helpful. Quite for where it’s located comfy beds.

Wonderful

I had a great stay at NH. Greeted with a smile by Daniela on reception, who was very helpful throughout the stay. Room was clean, nice to have a window that actually opens for fresh air. Huge bed. Gym is mainly cardio but has an interesting multi gym and a few free weights. The spa area was nice, and clean, with towels provided in the changing facilities. I didn’t try the food, but the bar area was lively with a decent selection of spirits. Would definitely stay again.

The stuff at the front desk was really great. They helped in all cases when needed. Breakfast is great. A lot of options available. The negative thing is that AC didn’t not work and it was so warm in the room that had to open the window in November. Not nice.
