“When i arrived they claimed to not have my booking. They then said i had to book witg them directly. They then said i can pay with my card for the room but each addition guest i had to give them cash. Theg saud j would have to cancel my booking but refused to accept thr cancellation hence taking my money. They then claimed i stayed at their residence when trying to make a claim with orbitz.”

“This trip has been fantastic. The location was good and the neighbourhood very calm. “Well located and rooms are exactly what you would expect from a chain hotel. Believe me, this is highly appreciated in this region. Food is OK but really slow (1 hour for a sandwich at the restaurant and 1.5 hours for room service). Laundry us fast and inexpensive. I asked for the food discount offered by Expedia and they said they are not applying it. No more explanations were provided. They were out of Coke Zero the entire time. They packed the wrong lunch for our day trip and delivered……
