“Our New Year stay at this resort was unfortunately below expectations. Despite some positives, several fundamental aspects of the experience were disappointing: 1. The accommodation feels tired, with dated rooms and bathrooms that would benefit greatly from refurbishment. 2. Room lighting and switches are unintuitive, making simple tasks more frustrating than they should be. Ventilation at night is poor. “Kambi Mstuni is a great resort with friendly staff and beautiful gardens. The restaurant serves great food too. Will highly recommended it if you’re traveling to the Laikipia/Aberdares area. Will only ask the management to do regular maintenance to the murram road that connects it with the main road on the Makutano side since it’s a little rough to drive there when it has rained due to many potholes on it. Otherwise not a bad place to rewind despite the distance from the main road. ”
