"Perfect location for a young family with little ones. Right on the lake and couple hundred feet to beach/boat rental , icecream, park, great food/drinks. It’s not brand new and could use a little updating but it was cozy and great bang for the buck. "

"We really enjoyed 5 days with our extended family of 14. One issue: water. This house has it, but not much of it. If you have a large group and plan on doing laundry, showering, etc., be aware there are signs placed throughout the house cautioning about the cistern’s capacity.A warning about that prior to arrival could have helped us, as my family of 8 had already been on the road for a week and planned on doing laundry.Aside from that, it was a truly wonderful stay. "The cabin was cute and clean. Located about 5 minutes from RMNP, it was the perfect place for our two day adventure. Everything you need is here. We loved sitting on the porch in the morning and evening while listening to the creek below."
