Många brister

Tyvärr en besvikelse! Vi har varit här flera gånger tidigare men aldrig på sommaren. Dålig service, vi fick vänta 60 min på att få beställa middag. Natten var hemsk utan kyla och ingen möjlighet att öppna fönster (rekommenderat av hotellet att inte öppna), hotellrummet var nära 30 grader varmt. Till frukost saknades vitala saker såsom vanligt te, kaffebönor mm. För lite personal på middagen vilket vår serveringspersonal också sa. Tyvärr blev detta en riktig besvikelse!

Utmärkt spa

Gick bra att komma sent till hotellet. Spa-upplevelsen på morgonen utmärkt i lugna och rena lokaler. Utomhusbubbelbad och trappa nära för dopp i havet (10 grader ). Te och frukt ingick. Självklart bastu också både vedeldad och elbastu. 😊

Gut für Freizeit - nicht so fürs Geschäftliche

Da ich auf Geschäftsreise war ist es nicht wirklich praktisch gewesen. Ärgerlich das das WLAN weder beim Laptop noch beim Handy funktionierte. Viel zu kompliziert? und wenig Benutzerorientiert. Da ich viel reise und eigentlich recht viel Erfahrung mit den verschiedenen Login-Methoden habe - nicht sehr überzeugend. Das UMTS musste herhalten was bei der Lage ich nicht bombe war.

Hade en väldigt trevlig vistelse. Fint och mysigt spa. Rummen var lite mindre än jag trodde men fina också. Det enda negativa var maten, vi fick endast en halv potatis och en bit lök till köttbiten och då betalade vi nästan 400 för en måltid.... Väldigt snålt.

The hotel was badly signed, very difficult to distinguish the different apex buildings and there was no clear “Reception” sign so we found ourselves wondering about in the cold trying to find the check in. In saying that everything else was perfect .

Trevligt bad, men hotellrummen var så där.

Badet och Spa var jättebra och fint. Men när vi kom till receptionen var det inte så trevligt. Väldigt otrevlig receptionist och någon info fick vi inte alls. Var vi skulle bo, när frukosten var, när vi kunde nyttja badet. Vi gick ner till badet där fick mer info, mycket trevlig personal. Rummen var jättevarma med en pytteliten fläkt ingen höjdare.

Le cadre est idéal mais des services sont chers

Emplacement très joli et tranquille. J'ai beaucoup aimé la douche et les petits plus apportés tels que le peignoir. Dommage que le lit ne soit que simple. Le restaurant est cher mais le cadre est beau. L'ascenseur fait un peu vieux. Proximité à pied des bateaux pour Nåttarö et autres îles ! Le spa est payant (plus de 400 SEK la journée).
