"Nice family run hotel. Owner very welcoming and helpful. Lots of facilities. Breakfast good. Fridge/ sink and hob in room if you don't want to eat out. 10 - 15mins walk to Pleney lift steep hill/ icy paths or take the bus (D) which stops outside the hotel every half an hour and takes about 5 mins. The walk to supermorzine took a similar amount of time and I preferred this walk as better pavement. Child friendly. Would recommend to friends and would return. "

"Super central location for lifts and amenities in the pretty town of Morzine. Hotel Igloo was an excellent option for a family of 3 as we had a two room suite. The hotel is very clean with great facilities too. Buffet breakfast was plentiful and it was nice to have use of the kitchen for a couple of nights when we didn't want to eat out. Overall a great choice."

"Parking outside the property was good and Safe for our rental.Apartments were abs. Fan Tas Tic Our apartment 4 was down 4 levels for us septuagenarians so if we revisited we would opt for apt 1 or 2.Thankyou Phil your hosting & communications were excellent."

"I was very happy, kept myself busy..
Shame no wifi & subtitles on tv was only in french ( did change them to english but made no diffrence).when all programs are in french . Lol.
Location is fab, 5 minutes from uplifts & shops.
Quiet & clean apartment.
Most definitely use again . Merci "

"The accommodation location is 10/10 however it is let down by many little things that all add up to make you dissatisfied overall. I have never before left a negative review however :-Couldn't find the accommodation when dropped by transfer driver. It would be easy to include a narrative that is sits behind 115.Curtain pole over door immediately fell down not a great start.Bedding is shocking ,aged quilts. thin duvets & not enough pillows.Towels are aged.Bathroom has one light. When you pull the shower curtain over bath and you are in darkness.No hook to locate shower on the wall so you are juggling shower head in hands.No plugs to bath or sink which has been mentioned several times in reviews!Outside wooden facia under gate is loose and an accident waiting to happen.Couldn't get tv to workNot enough plug sockets.Very aged décor although we new that from the photos.With a bit of love could be so much better."
