“It was basically someone’s house and they’ve moved out cos someone had booked the place. I “slept” on a mattress on the floor in what was basically a lounge. It was supposed to have more than 2 bedrooms. There were peoples bits and bobs evident. Like toothbrush and toothpaste, personal letters and such like. The lad Said was a nice guy. But the place wasn’t up to scratch. No clean bedding, no towels, dirty floors, no address details at the airport to give to customs officers who weren’t……

“Hotel was nice clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff was all AMAZING especially Fatima she did my welcome meeting and helped in finding the best excursions and tours.The hotel spa was also AMAZING did my first hammam massage and it was great, had an amazing experience. The food was ok, being in morocco i really wanted that authentic Moroccan cooking but unfortunately the hotel was more mordern in the foods. After 2 nights and the food was the same i ate dinner out the rest of the time.……

“We have enjoyed Pickalbatros Sungo. The property was very clean. The staff very polite, welcoming, nice and helpful. Pools were very clean. We have enjoyed water park. Food was fresh and abundant. The weather in March (end of March) did not cooperate and we had couple gloomy and rainy days but this was not the fault of the resort. The only thing we did not like and we thought the resort management could have done a better job was the entertainment area and its quality. The area was basically a……

“The staff were rude and not helpful at all. Our kids were not allowed to use the pool, and we later heard from a staff member that the pool does not even belong to the hotel. This was very disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel.”
