“There was an issue with the bed frame in our room where the plastic bumper/cap was missing, leaving a sharp exposed metal corner sticking out beyond the mattress. I accidentally bumped into it and it ripped my jeans. I reported it to staff, but no one came to address the issue during our stay.
Even after reporting it, the exposed metal continued causing problems throughout the trip. My daughter caught her pants on it multiple times, and my formal dress also snagged on it. Thankfully neither……
