“Overall good property. It has some wear but was very clean. Had nice outdoor ammenities but was not really a focal point. Could be tidied up. Pet friendly is huge plus and those with dogs were respectful of others. Oddly, we ended up with an accessible room. The bathroom was accessible in terms of grab bars and plenty of space in the bathroom. This was not a lowered sink but could probably work for a person using wheels. The door bell, however did not work. The dining table would have to move……

“Maid left our door open, we had items taken and have had zero follow up from the hotel nearly 4 days later. When reported to the front desk staff, she was rude and unhelpful- seemed to care O%. I have had to email and call corporate to even find out what the policy is for this. Terrible customer service from the front desk- had she handled things better and shown any concern for over 2k in missing property, I’d not have been as mad. We stay Mariotts all the time and this hotel was poorly……
