“We loved this property and the the neighborhood. It was very easy to get to and from. Super clean and spacious. Plenty of cooking utensils in the kitchen. The beds were super comfy. The host Kyla was amazing! Perfect stay!”

“I noticed age identifiers above stop at 18. What we didn't see in the description is the number of steps. We are all seniors with bad backs and knees. Suggest you put Handrail at outside steps as they are unusually steep. Also, all bedrooms are up about 15 steps. Just a note you may want to include. Might also want to point out which street to use in order to access back door. Otherwise very nice.”

“Nice little house. Cozy enough for my family. Beds were very comfortable. Couchs in living room were not. Had to search for towels, they were in a bedroom dresser dwarer (weird spot). They were also old and scratchy. Appreciate places that authorize having dogs. Back yard was decent size, gets muddy around the edges when it rains. I picked the place for the price. Ended up driving a lot more to the other side of Clarksville, to see family or decent places to eat. No easy way to get from one……

“The house exceeded my expectations! We live 30 miles from Clarksville and this was a great location for us to have a kid free weekend to celebrate my wife's birthday. The house provided plenty of space and room so that friends could stay with us if they needed to after we hung out. I didn't notice that this was a two unit house. Not an issue for us but keep that in mind if you're planning to bring a pet or plan to spend time around the fire pit. You may want to verify that the property manager……

“This is a relaxing and comfortable property. As you walk in the front door there is a home feeling along with plenty of space for your family. We were able to put our 7 month olds travel bed in the room with us with no problem. Very inviting atmosphere. My husband and I will be returning.”
