  • Oak Island is waiting for you at this adorable 1-bedroom house with AMAZING walkability. Located just a few blocks to the famous Oak Island Fishing Pier and over a dozen of Oak Islands favorite restaurants, watering holes and treats. Everything you need is well within reach! Inside, guests find a cozy queen bed and a living room with a comfortable queen sofa bed, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The bathroom features a bathtub/shower combo & separate shower, adding a touch of comfort & convenience to your stay. A dedicated office/workspace in the Master Bedroom allows for keeping up with business as need while you enjoy your time at the beach. The outdoor shower and deck add to the flavor and outside enjoyment nestled in a very large yard with plenty of room for activities. Linens and bath towels/washcloths provided along with basic beach gear (Chairs, Wagon, Cooler) to save you room packing for your trip! Skipper's Quarters is perfect for a weekend getaway or extended stay!

The location was perfect - everything we needed was basically within a 3-minute drive. The house was very clean, and the listing was exactly as described. The beach wagon was a game changer for the short walk to the beach access. Perfect space for a quick visit to OKI!

Really good for price. My only concern is the a/c is just a mini split in the bed room. During really hot summer days and nights cannot keep temp in living area at temp. Otherwise property is as listed with nice amenities including nice chairs, pull cart and beach cooler. Long 3-block walk to beach.
