House was perfect. Our family of 8 loved the time staying. Walk to beach was great. Views were perfect. Dave was helpful and very responsive when we had a question. Can’t recommend enough.

Overall we had a great experience and this house worked so well for me and my family. The kids loved the bunk bed room with the paintings on the wall and it was really spacious for us. The walk to the beach was so easy and it was beyond quiet in the evening!

Great location - close to the beach. Host was very responsive with an issue. The property was clean when we arrived. I didn't find the kitchen sufficiently furnished to really prepare meals. I would highly recommend this property.

Yes! We made our own dinner each night and had everything we would need.
This house is stunning! Has a cute little tiki bar in the front with a fire pit. We bought wood but noticed there is wood already there for you.
Absolutely beautiful home. Plenty of room and decorated so cute!
Has all the extras for a fun get away with family.

Summer Girls Getaway

It was a great place to stay. Plenty of room to spread out and a quick walk to the beach with beautiful views of both the ocean and intercoastal. We will definitely be back!

Beach Bliss

Oak Island is a fantastic family destination. Dave’s house is fantastic and great location. We had a wonderful time exploring Bald Head Island, hitting the restaurants and mostly just enjoying the beach.

This property was great! The location was a quick walk to the beach. The house had all the beach items we could have needed-tent, chairs, wagon, boogie boards etc. All of the decks were great to sit outside and enjoy the view and the space inside was perfect for us. We will def stay here again!

This was a beautiful spot and the house was comfortable and clean. The view of the marsh was spectacular and we were very happy with our choice. We enjoyed the bikes and took a spin around the island. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Perfect Stay

The house was very nice with a great layout. Checkin and checkout was painless. The upstairs kitchen and living area are great for families looking to eat and gather together. Location to the beach was an easy walk, less than 5 minutes to the access point. I would definitely go back to this house for future stays!

Great house in an awesome location

The house was perfect walking distance to the beach. It had everything we needed for the beach and some fun games to play. We spent every night out in the top floor balcony.

Loved watching the tide go in and out of the creek and marsh. And only a short walk away from the beach! House was great, kitchen and downstairs beach storage well stick for perfect Oak Island vacation!

This is a great pace to stay on Oak Island! We loved the views and chilling on the balconies. Being a both a short walk to the beach and a kayak launch site was wonderful. The house was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. David was a great host and very responsive. We will definitely come back

Nice house with great views!

My family and I enjoyed this house and the views of the ocean and Davis Canal. House was clean and felt like home, would definitely stay here again! Great communication with the owner as well.
