Great place for our family vacation!

We really enjoyed our time at this lovely house. We felt right at home. Everything was so nice. Plenty of room. We loved the screened in porch and the back yard was wonderful for our 2 pups! Everything we needed in the kitchen. It was great to get away with our daughters, their husbands and my 2 precious granddaughters. Thank you for allowing us to spend our family vacation here!

we very much enjoyed staying at 2 be Fair. The host was responsive and helpful and the house was terrific. Only 10 minute walk to the beach.

Oak Island Family trip

Hi,The property location was convenient. The house was nice however not the cleanest and some items were broken. The screen door on the lower level came off the hinge and hardware was missing on a cabinet (not the biggest deal since we did not use that one) but seems like the property is not properly checked upon people coming and going. We noticed a stale smell upon arriving and it continued to get worse. My husband checked the air filter in the ceiling and noticed it was black with dirt/dust. It does not look like it was ever changed. We did replace both air filters since we found replacements in the laundry room. The house overall looked clean from a distance however it was extremely dusty on all the baseboards, there was hair left in the master shower near the drain. The outside area was covered in cobwebs and the deck areas to sit outside were very dirty. We had to wipe everything down before using it. The house could use a good powerwash on the outside especially if this is advertised as an enjoyable area to use. In which it would be if it was properly cared for. We bought our own cleaning supplies and swiffered/cleaned.It also stated in the description the beach was a 9 minute walk however we were unable to find a way to walk to the beach from the property. We drove to the beach each time which was about 10 minutes. If there is a way to access the beach walking there should be a small screen shot of a map in the welcome book as to how to get there.

Loved the place

The house is really nice, and the downstairs screened in area was our favorite place to hang out. Not a bad location if you get a golf cart to ride around in.

Awesome week!

We had a wonderful family vacation and 2 Be Fair was a beautiful home with a nice backyard, fire pit was great! Our 4 year old pup loved the backyard looking for fun creatures to watch from squirrels to box turtles. The home was very welcoming and comfortable. We rented a golf cart and enjoyed heading to the beach daily by Publix which was only a 10 minute cart ride. We also enjoyed the 10 minute walk over a scenic foot bridge to the beach. James with iTrip was amazing to work with and very responsive.
