There is an outdoor shower so you can rinse off after a long day at the beach, and inside, there is a washer and dryer for your sandy suits and towels.
This home has six bedrooms and sleeps 14. Two bedrooms have a king bed, each with an en-suite bathroom. Two bedrooms contain a queen and two bedrooms contain a twin-over-double bunk bed, one with an en-suite bathroom. Every bedroom has a television for your entertainment.
The living room provides ample space to gather as a family. It contains plenty of comfortable couches surrounding a large flat-screen television. To further enhance together time, this rental has an open-concept style; while the chefs in the family are cooking a meal, others can set the table and still spend quality time with the other members of the group. The dining table seats 11 total. There are two additional bar stools and a mini table off to the side that seats three. The kitchen has stunning white cabinetry, marble countertops and plenty of amenities, so you don't have to worry about bringing anything from home.

Long Boat II is about a five-minute walk to the sand. It is about a seven-minute walk to the nearest convenience store, Beach Pantry, and a short drive or scenic walk to local shops and restaurants like Island Way. Guests should note that an additional pool heating fee is required for each day a guest requests pool heating. Guest must request the pool heating and pay the fee by calling the OIA office during normal business hours at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Pool heating is only available when temperatures are 55 degrees Fahrenheit and warmer.
