Our second stay at Sandy Noses reminded us of how much we enjoy the property. It is the perfect place for our family to spend time in Oak island. Thank you to the owner(s) and the property management company for a lovely experience. We look forward to visiting Oak Island and Sandy Noses again.

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The house was very well appointed with everything we could think we would need even sound machines and night lights. The house was beautifully decorated and everything was as described. We enjoyed short walks to the beach in the mornings then back to an amazing pool in the afternoons and grilling and cooking dinner. Can’t wait to go back! Until next time!

Beautiful home, close to beach access! With the pool/outdoor area being so close to the marsh, our only complaint was not being able to eat outside due to so many flies. Overall, it was great!

This home made us sure we want to live in Oak Island!! It’s so unique. It was very windy the whole time we were there, but the wind was blocked by the home so that you’re able to enjoy the under area of the home and pool. The rooms were close together, the open floor plan was perfect and the home had everything we needed. My favorite part was the home having cleaning supplies. Any good renter should treat a home as good or better than their own. I was able to clean as needed and I loved that. Itrip did an amazing job of taking care of anything that came up (very few) and they were so so easy to book with, the check in was amazing and the property manager was better than I’ve experienced our entire 10 years of frequenting Oak Island. We look forward to staying again.

Sandy Noses was the perfect rental for our family and our dog. We enjoyed the openness of the living room/dining room/ kitchen area. The kitchen was well appointed and provided all the things we needed (and more) to prepare our meals. The front and rear decks gave us the chance to enjoy both sunrise and sunset. The pool area was perfect for lounging when we weren’t at the beach. The rear of the property faced the marsh, which provided both privact and an opportunity to spot wildlife from the back deck. The pool area was enclosed which allowed our dog to hang out with us. The beach was a short distance and was an easy walk. The cart, chairs, and umbrellas that were provided was a plus as we didn’t have to pack those items. The beach towels, board games, dog beds were a nice touch as well. It was our first time vacationing on Oak Island and Sandy Noses met our expectations and more. It provided the laid back beach cottage vibe that we were hoping for. We look forward to next years visit to Oak Island and Sandy Noses.

We were looking for a beach vacation away from the crazy traffic such as Destin/Myrtle Beach. Sandy Noses did not disapoint. Practically a brand new beautifully decorated new home with easy access to the beach, literally an easy 150 yard walk. We brought our own beach equipment, but they did have a few chairs and small umbrellas if you needed something. The kitchen was well equipped as we cooked several meals and my boyscout skills were put to use with the charcoal grill. Plenty of options to eat out if that is your thing - we visited several local restaraunts and all were good. The added pool was a surprise and a plus as we made our reservations before this was installed - so we spent several hours just at the house which was great since my daughter & son-in-law had their 5 week old baby. Thank you to the owners for providing a clean, well equiped and safe home for my family and to iTrip for a clean home. We took care of the place as if it was our own and will visit Oak Island again.
