Seven Dozens vacation

I was disappointed that within 5 minutes of submitting signed paperwork, I made return contact to say that I failed to fill in the Military Discount, the reply to me was that it was too late since paperwork had been processed??? We made 4 trips to the rental agency to get pool passes. Never did one work. We had to have someone open the gate for our entry.
