"We had roaches in our room. Real, live ones. I cannot even describe to you how horrified we were. The entire place was very dirty. Do not stay here. Please trust me and pay the extra $20-30 per night at a better hotel. La Quinta used to be good. They offered to switch us rooms after our first room had roaches in it. I have a video of this. We got into the second room and inspected that the room was better (as in no live roaches.) Paint splatters all over the floor, hair, and dust in every place you can imagine. We even asked for a broom to sweep the floors. Hotels were booked in the area due to the softball and baseball tournaments in the area. We did not eat breakfast as we did not trust it, therefore I cannot rate it. We did not get in the pool but we did see it. It was fairly small and very cloudy. They did have a washer and dryer on site for $2 and it was absolutely filthy, unfortunately. Again, do not stay here. I hope someone from administration sees this and contacts me personally about my stay."

"Great location. Room had a comfortable chair and ottoman. Bed was very comfortable. Sink was new but tub was old. Water pressure in shower was terrible. TV sometimes lost sound and had to be unplugged to reboot. Maintenance man said new TVs had been ordered. Lobby area was spacious and attractive with many areas for small groups to gather."

"The property's online presentation was appealing. However, the building itself appears somewhat dilapidated, necessitating a fresh coat of paint. The parking lot requires significant maintenance, exhibiting numerous cracks, weeds, and debris. Conversely, the dining room and check-in area were commendably clean and well-maintained. During my check-in, the staff member was engaged in a conversation with another guest, recounting a negative experience with a previous customer. The nature of this discussion was unprofessional and inappropriate for a public setting. Our assigned room was warm and had a musty odor. The bathroom layout is problematic, with the door positioned too close to the toilet, restricting movement. The floor tiles around the toilet were loose and lifting, and the toilet paper dispenser was inconveniently located. The shower's water pressure was low, and the unit itself was excessively noisy. Furthermore, the bed comforters had dark stains, and the window curtain was torn."

"The front desk person was very professional and nice. The grass around the property had lots of poo, people didn’t pick up after their dogs. There was no specific area for dogs but yet it said dogs were welcome? No bathroom on check in floor. No place to sit."
