"Fantastic, spotless, well-equipped property. The villa is in an ideal location to serve as a base for visiting the sights in Tuscany and beyond, or chilling out. The pool, while shared, was never busy. It's about a 15 minute walk up the hill to the bars and restaurants in Montecarlo. About 15 mins drive to the local supermarket in Pescia. Could not have been better - would love to return!"

Well equipped kitchen, living spaces inside and out and a variety of socialising spaces.The pool area is a beautiful sun trap which gets sun all through the day making pool days perfect for the children. Addes bonus of pool toys for all ages.Lorella was an excellent host providing all the essentials at check in :) Would love to stay here again."

"The farmhouse was perfect for our stay! The layout, with a bathroom for each bedroom, wide open gathering spaces, and a workable kitchen made for a very comfortable stay for us, our adult kids and toddler granddaughter. The farmhouse decor was lovely, and the grounds and pool allowed for plenty of space for relaxation. We very much enjoyed the olive oil tour and tasting, dinner at the associated restaurant, and the easy access to the town of Montecarlo. We did drive to convenient parking to visit the town, because of the winding, hilly road. It is a lively medieval town, with great options for restaurants and strolling the quaint streets. We took day trips to visit Lucca, Pisa, Cinque Terre, the Garfagnana mountain area, and Siena. Communication before and during the trip with Arianna was super helpful! This stay truly made for a magical family experience. "
